Neat one. Really liked how every mechanics interacted with light in some ways (lighting the fire pit, creating temporary or moving light sources), pretty well though out.

The collisions are a bit clunky and light tend to go out pretty quickly but it was still an overall pleasant experience. Nicely done.

Nice game. There seem to be bugs with the shooting and light timers occasionally.

P.S. I've also implemented light mechanics in the game but in a little different way so was fun to see a similar yet different implementation.

Thanks for the feedback, will have to replicate that bug and add ui for colldown.

Bugs: Timer starts counting from last number if in same session (die, exit, start) (I'm guessing "last number" for the timer is never reset)

It's a neat arena game. I found the best strategy was to keep firing at the torches and hit any enemies along the way. I ended up burning my hand with no idea what happened (overheat mechanic?) or if it goes away. If it is an overheat mechanic, it'd be nice to have some indication of when it is going to happen.

I thought it was neat finding the health pick-ups in the dark areas between torches. If you wanted to expand on the idea, you could make it so that you have to search around for stuff and things in addition to fending off enemies.

Great job!

Thanks for bringing it to my attention, it was an oversight, will be fixed once the jam is over!
