A decent story, although it was very similar to the revenant. Design was alright, but it seemed more action platformer than adventure game. Good music, but could have used SFX.
Best of luck.
Lovely art, interesting story. I included it in my $101 Adventure Challenge compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)
I like that there are a few different styles of challenges in this game. The story and characters aren't all that fleshed out though.
The art and animation for the game is not really fancy but it certainly good enough.
The background music doesn't really fit the setting but is better than nothing. Sound effects are ok.
Although deficient in story and character development, the game play is quite fun and varied.
The most significant negative factor about this game as far as this jam is concerned, though, is that it is not an adventure game. It's a platformer.
I was excited to see the Construct 2 logo when I booted up the game! I love using that engine for jams. The game itself was good, but I'd have to agree that it became a bit more of a platformer than adventure game (which can also be really fun!) I had a bit trouble figuring out how to use my characters jump and roll to reach the flowers, but eventually got them all :) Thanks!
Animations were pretty good, and the game in general was enjoyable to play, but imho I'd say it's more of a platformer than an adventure game?
The ending is a bit abrupt, but other than that it's surprisingly enjoyable.
The art is great. Animations are a joy to look at, especially the roll. Music is great too.
You might want to add a bit more feedback to the punches. Other than lowering health the wolf shows no signs of getting hit.
