It looks nice and I'm a big fan of Pico-8. Cool concept and the game was really challenging. The only thing I didn't like was that reading and understanding the instruction took long time and it's not really 20s if you have to take your time reading the instructions. The screen is dense of information and that was a bit overwelming. Probably not the best fit for this jam, but overall a fun game.

Thanks for playing and glad you had fun! Yeah I know what you mean about the dense instructions. I'm working on adding to the game, and even though I'm not making the 20s aspect the focus, this is useful feedback both for this game and future 20s jams :) Appreciate it

It looks soo cool.

But i need some time to get that concept around my head :D
Maybe because i am not that kind of a Chess-Player

Thanks for checking it out! I saw that you and some other 20s jammers put instructions in the game webpage, so I should consider doing that too

It looks very polished and the presentation is great I was confused at start but got the hang of it quickly, my largest strak was 6, good job.

Nice streak! Glad you liked it and thanks for the feedback!

I really like how you cleaned down the classic chess puzzle game, with your own piece spins on top of that! Graphipcs are nice, rules are mostly clear, well done!

One thing: I would love to swap the menu confirm button from O to X so you don’t accidentaly go to the next stage when you want to re-try and have the habit of using O cuz you capture with that!

Thank you so much!! Glad you liked it. And that's a good idea on the menu. I'll make sure to work on that for the next version.
