It is a very fun game, I like the fact it has an endless mode, I think it is a more relaxing experience that the normal 20 second mode.

Great game, I like when you hit two fruits with one spell and also the fact that pressing the shoot buttons clears you "queue" is well thought(I prefer to just start over the sequence rather than erasing some inputs). My highscores where around 30 and then got a 79 one but was in endless mode and didnt realise lol. Good job !

Thank you very much!

I’m kind sad on how many people switch accidentally by mistake, I should’ve put in an extra prompt for the endurance mode! 30 is good enough, just keep on and it will get better!

My best run was 97: but I think I can beat that if I put in some more tries.  I think this could easily be turned into a larger game.  A think a 'timer elapsed' sound effect would help the 20s version.  Well written, good use of theme, good sound effects & music.

Developer

97 is lot well done!

I specifically don’t want to add timer sounds, or “game is over soon” sounds to my games for this jam, so that you try your best all the way through the game, and not just give up, when you hear the jingle and see a lower score than usual! Those few seconds not “skipped” due to “i don’t have enough points” could tip you over if played well enough! Or at least that is what i think!

Thank you for your comment!

It's a nice concept. The pixel art, while it looks nice for the most part, makes it difficult to read which way the arrows are pointing, but I guess that's just a limitation of the platform, and the fact that they are different colors kinda mitigates this issue, but there's not enough time to learn which color corresponds to which direction in twenty seconds. But overall, very polished execution of a very nice idea. Good job!

Developer

Thank you! Colors are indeed there to help you indetify faster than looking at the actual button directions, it was an idea from stream chat, which I’m glad I implemented!

Fun game. I love the colors and the characters!

Developer

Thank you so much! Glad you like’em!

What a great little game! Brilliant concept and really cute and addictive. I was playing for three or four minutes before I even realised I was on endless mode and not 20 seconds mode because I was enjoying it so much

Developer

Thank you so much! Sadly I noticed that people tend to do that, should have a harsher game selection mode, where it really shows you which mode you are on!

I really really like this game concept, it's very intuitively presented I was able to understand the concept without looking at any kind of tutorial which is always a massive positive for a game. I'm also very glad you added an endless option because this really is the kind of game that I'd get really addicted to!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for you kind words, I’m really glad the game comes through with the little explanation that is inside!

Endless mode is not truly endless, it’s more like endurance, as the same 20 sec timer ticks up, and get’s reduced by every fruits shot down (by a certain ammount)

Great concept and production!
I like the art and sounds. The gameplay is addictive and rewarding - good job!
