Holy cow, this is so cool! This game has a lot of style and charm. It took me a second to realize I could check objects I was standing on top of. I found her in the end.
I am a sucker for anything retro! So when I saw this I fell in love with it right away. The sprites are lovely and the idea of having the rooms represent different parts of the house is so cool, it really added to the immersion of the world.
I loved how you used different color palletes for different rooms, it really added a lot to the feeling of the game.
Massive respect for pulling this off, the limitations of old systems is always a nice challenge to tackle and part of why I personally love these kinds of titles
Cute game! A little confusing on where to progress, but very cool to see some 8 bit stuff made in Basic.
