Wow, I thought they were mostly Youkai-inspired, I gotta hit the books on engravings again.
Great job, lost of cute pictures and animations. The reference image being in the corner and dimmed kind of made it difficult though. Might be better if it was in a symmetrical spot at the same color.
You're quite correct! It's a mix of Youkai and creatures with European (I think) origins.
I'll try to keep that in mind for the future - that's how I initially had it, but I liked this layout more; I do understand that it makes things a bit more difficult, though!

Very cute game, the concept of spot-the-difference as a doctor game is pretty good I must admit. The different modes and difficulties add some depth. A+ on your creature designs
Nice job - the differences were quite hard to spot, but just tricky enough to be a good challenge...
Its nice to see that kris from deltarune decided to open up a clinic for monsters. I'm honestly surprised at how hard spot the difference can be when all the objects are aberrations. Wow!

Cute game. Difficult though. i didn't like that the reference is in a corner and in other shade. if this was meant i think would have been better that the reference was on the side and it were like and old page of a medieval book
