I really would love to add in a reference to the band "Caravan Palace" in my game. I was planning on adding simply a namedrop to the story. But i was wondering if it would be against the rules or not to directly place a song by them in the game. 

of course it would be a violation, their songs are not sold under a commercial license

yeah you can put their name in but not one of their songs, mainly cause if it were to play on stream then i would get content id'd lol

what about a title of their songs?
