The art looks so nice! And it sets a nice tone to play. Finding that the trees are being killed gets you somewhere, I get it. But the workers are so unfairly tough!! I was expecting to do some talking before fighting maybe?

Well, you may have the idea in your mind already. With a non-fight mechanic, this might turn into a nice adventure game that could bring consciousness about deforestation for sure (if you were going for that).

Anyway, it does work pretty good as a prototype even though I'm not a fan of this type of fight games

Thank you! Yeah, the workers are way harder than intended. We didn't implement combat until the end and had to submit without much testing. Definitely learned a lesson there on prioritization.

I like the idea of taking a non-fighting route for the game and that was something we hadn't considered. Thanks again for playing.

Nice art and we definitely need more games with crows.

Loved the art! Very cute. Also very difficult, those are some tough construction workers.

We appreciate it! Yeah... we didn't have much time to play test by the end. We definitely learned to scale back the difficulty for next time.
