Hey, Your cutscenes have a lot of SOUL and the gameplay is excellent. I'm rooting for you. Please finish the game! Hopefully this will give you some motivation.
Fun and charming game! I enjoyed playing through it and the different abilities felt good. I would spend a little time populating the environments to make them more interesting as well as better explaining the 123 abilities, but besides that I had a enjoyed my time.
-The concept is really cool, there are MANY characters and all of them are memorable, with good character design. Well done!
-Light hearted humor that works and delivers pretty well.
-Music is a bit repetitive after a while, BUT I didn't mind that much because it was great. Sound effects were cool too.
-I really like the dungeon crawling, although for a castle it feels awfully empty in terms of decoration. IT reminded me a bit of the lost child between Diablo and Touhou, but if you can some more tileset variation or decoration would be nice.
-Graphics for cutscenes feel a bit either dated, or incomplete although personally I didn't mind.
-I missed some skills can properly stagger the enemy.
-Although enjoyable, it was a long demo.
-The gameplay feels very polished, but some characters are seriously OP. while some others feel severely underpowered (Octavia and her knight friend are rather weak compared to Fiera or the first two characters)
Overall, I liked the demo and it's charming in many ways. It feels like a LARGE project with many enjoyable details, but I can tell it's going to take a lot of work to finish such a project. Keep going, nonetheless, you did great!
-My default attack feels like I'm slapping skeletons with wet noodles with how weak it is.
-The alternate tap attack does about 5 times damage and doesn't feel particularly slower.
-I was defeated by the crystal that says you should use your abilities. I tried every one, didn't know what any of them did, and got slapped by the crystal. Then the level completely restarted.
That was basically the end of my patience for it right now. I played close to 60 demos so I'm a bit tired. I would say your tutorial needs work, and it seems like we're missing some story cutscenes before this. With the way the dialogue is presented, it feels like we're supposed to know where this dungeon is. It certainly doesn't immediately look like an undead castle, which makes me think the game was supposed to talk about it before. Keep up the progress!
Thanks for playing the demo, even if just a little!
The feedback from players who quit early is the most important to me, so I can learn how to keep them in the game!
I'll be sure to work harder on balancing!
Liqo died to the crystal too, I need to improve the prompts there a bit and nerf the crystal itself. And also add a checkpoint. You can see what abilities do now if you hover your mouse over their icons. I was going to have the tooltips pop up on their own at that part but didn't have time to.
There's supposed to be a longer intro describing a world a bit, but I haven't gotten around to that yet.

Thank you for playing! Glad you liked it!
I'll definitely be adding more props to the environments, it just hasn't been high on the priority list since there's a bunch of stuff I need to do
You can see ability info if you mouse over them, but I'll definitely add something to the tutorial as well

Thank you for your kind words, friend!
Yeah, I'll be adding props later, and DiabloTouhou is definitely what I've been going for.
Cutscenes are hard, especially since I can't animate, but they're really fun to make so that's the main reason I have them.
The secondaries are the main source of stagger, the longer you charge it up the bigger the stagger
I agree about the length, it's honestly more of a "free early access" than a demo at this point.
Balancing is hard, I'm still working on that aspect
Thanks again for your kindness! It's definitely a big project!
