good submission! It was fun trying to come up with a winning strategy.

Nice! I came up with a bit of a strategy, I'm not sure if it's the best way to approach it as it would only net me around 2 pts every round

You start with 5, then depending on if its too high or too low, you guess halfway between your previous guess and the direction of the hot / cold.
So for example, you guess 5, too high, guess 3, too low, guess 4 - correct

I feel it could be expanded nicely, where the hint text is randomized and the game can throw jokes at you in between rounds. Good submission though! Keep it up :)

Maybe you could use a canvas instead of the notification boxes, that would add a lot to this game.
