Really nice, really like the graphisms, music, sounds, good overall ambiance, good random generation. Nice that each bird and clouds have their own rules and behaviour to discover. How many levels did you have created? I am too bad to reach the first boss, so i don't know.

Developer

Hey, thanks! Just a single level and a boss :)

The optional theme of our relaxed Jam ("Practice Circle Laboratory" by the same community) for all the month of January is "Dragons" :)

Art it's amazing! I just feel that it bothers that there's so many clouds that cover the screen and an autofire option would be perfect. Good game overall.

Developer(+1)

We didn't implement an autofire because there is a charge attack. Thanks for playing! :)

Oh! I didn't realized that when playing, it seemed like a normal shot, maybe make it bigger would have been better. Anyway, wish you good luck!

Developer(+1)

It is bigger (esp. when fully charged), but maybe not that noticeable to some people. We initially plan it to be a different bullet, but because of time constraints, we just decided to increase the bullet size Hahaha.  Good luck as well and happy jamming!

Fun game. The music's just a bit too loud, but besides that it was fantastic great work :)

Developer

Thanks! we appreciate it :)

I liked this game ! The art style is charming, with the clouds gimmick that hides the enemies. The patterns are interesting and we got a strong replay value. I didn't get far because shoot'em up are not my cup of tea, but I recognize that there was a lot of work and polishing made into this game. Good job !

Here are some thoughts about how to improve your game, don't take it as flaws but just advice on how to make your game feel more polished :
- Autofire : besides preventing the destruction of the player's spacebar, it's also a good way to give more accessibility to your game for disabled players.
- Sound Balancing : The fire sound effect is like repeated many times. I suggest you to just decrease the volume to give more room for the music and other sound effects.
- Add more ambient sounds : Like some wind sound effect from time to time, like when clouds pass by
- More sound effects for enemies : Like when the regular enemy fires at you, or a distinct sound for specific stronger enemies.

I agree, music and sound is what we felt short on our team (1 programmer, 2 artists) so we just put semi-random music that we found  free on the internet and created rushed sound effects on the last minute Hahaha. So yeah, no worries, we literally anticipated these kinds of feedback cause it's the skills we 3 don't have Haha. Thanks for playing and giving your feedback :)

Nice entry! I liked the art style, and the movement works good. I had some difficulties with the black clouds.

Developer

Thanks for playing and giving a kind feedback :)

I first didn't understand, that the "clouds" are enemies and hurting me when flying into them. Beside of that, interesting concept, that could be a cool Bullet Hell type of Game. Good Job!

Developer

We were not able to add a lightning animation for the big thunderclouds due to time constraints. And yeah, I agree, this could be made into a bullet hell shmup. Thanks! :)

Nice idea! With a little polish and developement it would make a great shooter :D

Developer

Thanks! We'll see :)

Noice~ the character and background designs are amazing. The keys were easy to control , though it is a bit difficult to play since there are certain stages that are hard to dodge, so I suggest you to implement a level of difficulty option in the game.

Developer(+1)

Yeah, I agree. I wasn't able to focus on my level design since I'm still guiding my team, especially on arts. Though we felt short on level design, we made a great visuals as a trade off.

Thanks for playing, we'll definitely consider your feedback on our next game :)
