The take on the theme is nice !The visuals are great too. But the map doesn't help at all because the player doesn't know where he is and the fire spreads too fast that the game starts to lag. But overall a nice game !
The visuals are amazing, and I love the dark theme, but the game is quite laggy, as other people have mentioned, and the fire spreads too fast aswell. A random little visual thing is that sometimes you go over certain objects and under certain other ones, despite them being the same object... Overall though, a great game, just needs a bit of tweaking in certain areas.
I love the concept and the graphics a lot! The glow effect and using the background as an outline colors is really great.
Unfortunately it's very tough to get your bearings because there's no "you are here" marker on the map - it's way too easy to get lost, and then have too much fire to deal with because it spreads way too fast. The lag doesn't help.
Overall still a pretty good game, just quite frustrating and needs a little polish.
The art is very very good, but the gameplay got very very hard after a little time (i don't know how exactly godot works but i think you might be creating too many instances of the fire) and it only got worse from there...
The idea is very good and the sound design and art are amazing, without counting with the bug it would be an excellent submission!
Very cute, but it got so laggy! Love the art direction and colors and the concept, wish ammo was easier to find so I could play more, and some more variation throughout the level would make the exploration more rewarding.
