Yeah , Its something i wanted to fix but I made it all within the last day, if i started earlier it would be something i wouldve ironed out , along side with balancing and probably a less punishing system for being in the dark , thanks for the feedback!

Thank you, glad you liked it!

Thank you! I realized basically at the last few hours that the difficulty was very high, not alot of time to mess with balance in 1 day of programming

average of the ratings

Thank you, level 2 you just pick up something and throw it at the button

Thank you! The dragon thing was a big impactful moment i wanted to get the player on edge

Thank you! You can squish the bugs with throwables if they are too annoying

Sadly, the game didnt run at all for me, it starts, gets to a screen with police? and then nothing

Thank you, on the crosshair thing, i just couldnt make one that fit the style, circular didnt feel right, nor the generic cross, so i just didnt add one.

Thank you!

That throw for the button was sorta like a tutorial saying "throwing things at other things can do stuff" , glad you enjoyed it tho
You could've also squashed all the spiders by throwing them paintings and pots on the start of the level, there is enough for all of them

Did you enjoy the final boss?

it was playable, it just dropped alot of frames after 2 mins if u werent putting it out fast enough, its a fun game

the walking slower with an  item was to make you not be able to hoard items around, would make the game too easy, level 4 is quite laggy, alot of enemies on there and not alot of time to optimize AI, but level 5(the boss) is smooth

Its a horror game so  knowing where enemies are is kinda agaisnt the idea, but u can hear them coming through sound

Thanks for the feedback, will keep it in mind if i make a full version of the game

Outstanding game, if this doesnt get top 3, ill be mad

super hard to steer even for an asteroid type game

very fun, kinda jank with some pistons if u go to fast, and u can cheat in alot of levels by doing half way pushes instead of pressing pistons 1 by 1

Gets real laggy as the game progresses

well its space invaders, so good game, just would like if the screen size wasnt so small

decent idea, when the game begins u can stay in place without moving in the start position for a minute before things can get around you, the blocker is also way to uncontrolable

controls are very stiff, dash is very  very inconsistent, and some of the enemies will just freeze in place for some unknown reason, and when they dont, they arent a threat to the thing to protect, u can always do more damage to the win condition in less time than they can kill you

With some fixes to movement, dashing and AI balancing and fixing, it would be a great game

cool game, weird aspect ratio on it tho, only recommendation is that crop and unit selection  screen, in a stressful situation its hard to change around, a basic hotbar wouldve been better

very basic, dont mind the visuals too much but a larger play area  with basic obstacles wouldve improved it alot,

not sure... whats happening? no matter what i do nothing stops the enemies, it just goes on an on forever, decent visuals tho, very retro

very fun and good visuals, i kept getting repeated minigames back to back, so implementing some system to not have that would probably be smth to improve

fun game, visibility is very bad tho, hard to tell projectiles , its also hard to aim where to swing(probably pointing the character at the mouse would help), boss health is also way too big for how hard it is to aim, and how much damage u do

Im thinking about it, but im probably needing to refactor the whole game, its coded like crap, the game lags alot in level 4

thank you!

fun game, good visuals, gets repetitve but for a short game jam thats normal, only issue i had was falling in the holes and being stuck

Cool game, its just very slow to start with, and it gets repetitive due to how long it takes to get to 6am, if the game clock was faster it would be alot better. cool jumpscares and visuals , remind me of some old games I used to play as a kid on the days of flash

Amazing, The flipping of the game on first hit is a bit daunting at first but its really fun

Thanks! Game's difficulty was something I didn't balance too much because of limited time but you can progress without killing any spider, they freeze for 1-2secs if they are hit by a light

Smaller spiders are also likely to just go under the light if you don't angle the light down completly

Yeah, balancing was not something I had too much time to do

Thank you! The rat is on a random timer, which can be 10-50 secs(so luck applies alot) , and the camera guy takes 1min  to get triggered, during my testing it seemed fine and my testers also thought it was fine, but they did have alot of time to learn tactics. Need to learn how to balance without my own skill making it hard on other people. Glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks! I did struggle with making audio stuff. Weird the rat was the issue, people that played told me it was too easy to deal with, but i'll keep it in mind if I get to continue with it.

Thank you. The fast time was just to speed the game up , because there wasnt alot to do but i still wanted a 6am end. And the battery speed was just a quick band aid solution to force you to keep moving. On the difficulty, I got mixed messages from my testers, some said it was too easy some too hard, so I did a half and half solution(some enemies only get active later on, and some are really slow on getting triggered), but it could definitely have more balancing. Glad you liked it!

Thank you!
