How does your game represent "Power"?
In Physics, "Power" is defined as the rate at which energy is transferred from one object or system to the next. Energy is used to do "work", often represented as a change in velocity or composition of an object. In this game, you pilot a spacecraft which starts with energy banks in the form of a charged capacitor, a gas tank filled with CO2, and another one filled with Xenon. You must expend these various forms of energy to maneuver your ship and apply energy to rocks to fracture them with the hope of picking up the fragments, then take them back to a space station. You can access a "power" control menu to adjust the rate at which you accomplish these things.

Really cool! This reminded me of a jam game I made years ago, thank you for making it <3

No problem! :)

I'm a big sucker for accurate physics based space sims and I think there's a lot of potential here! Providing the player with all the stats of the spacecraft is very cool and using them to try to orient and position yourself is a fun and interesting challenge. I think having an arrow on the screen that shows the direction the reaction wheels are pulling the space craft in would be a nice touch to help make the game more accessible. But overall I really enjoyed this experience! Charging up the laser and blasting the asteroids felt very powerful indeed! Cool project!

Thanks! I worked on some "compass" displays during development, but couldn't get them working right and ran out of time before publishing.

My first try I accelerated into space with no hope of returning. My second try I bumped into the space station and when tumbling saw the asteroids behind me. On my third run, my kerbal space program skills kicked in and I managed to orient myself in front of one of the asteroids and blasted it quite a bit with my laser. Unfortunately I wasn't able to collect any materials and after bumping into it I tumbled helplessly through space again. I like the idea of this game a lot, but it needs some refinement to make it more approachable. I would love to play a more polished version of this!

Agreed, I'm glad you were able to have some fun and still enjoy something from the experience.

Thank you for your feedback!

A bit confusing cant seem to get the ship moving or anything to happen

Forgot to mention, there's a known bug where the very first time you adjust one of the power meters, it sets all the powers for everything except whatever you touched to be zero, so you have to slide all the power meters the first time you do it.

WASD moves, right click makes the ship rotate, Q and E roll, and hold space to fire the laser
