I was wondering if a previously started project could be entered into the jam? If not, that is understandable, but just thought to ask since I have a bishoujo in progress I plan to release a demo for soon. Otherwise, good luck to all jam participants! (Thanks for reviving this!)

I think there are contradicting or conflicting rules:

Everything other than programming is allowed before the jam starts.
