I think the player should be allowed to move with the arrow keys too.
This is a survival game, you can collect things by clicking them.
And i can see how this game is too ambitious, not only does it has the basic survival mechanics like health and hunger, you can use magic and even craft and build things, you can place walls and floor with left click and erase them with right click.

A bug i noticed is that Items don't restart after death.

I'll give you props for trying to make something big, you atleast have the basics to make a great game, but try not to overscope.
