hey cool game nice to find anpther godot dev if you want we can colab
I'd really appreciate, but I'm from Brazil and also I like working by my own, nothing personal
The music really gave a cool vibe to the entire experience, and I really enjoyed the overall feel like with the cool door animation. I would've liked it if the enemies were a bit less cheesable, like for instance opening a door briefly and then shooting before they hit you is by far the easiest way to kill them but doesn't feel like that's how you're supposed to do it. Maybe the very cramped level design contributed to this, as it automatically takes away some level of skill expression from the player.
Thx for the feedback, in fact, the enemies are very easy, I kida messed up the entire concept for this game, I'm really not proud of the final result...
Hey man, gamejams are about learning first and foremost. You should be proud of having made a complete game in the span of a week, proud of actually going all the way and uploading something you made by yourself. Don't stress about the end result too much, this is a really difficult challenge and you tried your best!
Wow, that was philosophical, thank you!!
great immersive gameplay. I LOVE IT. try mine. Rate cubic sword game by indie game developper for Blackthornprod GAME JAM #3 - itch.io
Cool concept! I liked the visual style, reminded me of goldeneye with the reticle in the middle, and the UI makes it seem you're looking through a helmet visor. It was a little easy to dodge attacks making the energy transfer a little pointless, but a very interesting take on less is more, would love to see it expanded!
To be very honest with you, I think the same about the energy transfer mechanic, the problem is that I messed up my workflow during the jam and screwed the concept, looking now I think I could have made this game a lot better, also some of the art decisions were because of my poor hardware...
