Nice first game jam game! My only question is: if you tell people that taking items makes them weaker, why would they need to take them? Perhaps if you blocked the item room's door and forced the player to choose one before they could leave, then that would make more sense. Overall, good job! I definitely recommend going back and flesh this out some more!
The visuals scream fun- and I enjoyed my playthrough! Only issue was that I wish it had more levels! :)
i really liked the noise that attacking made
I absolutely love the sound effect for when an enemy gets hit. Really well made game and I found the attack to be a really fun move. It could have done with being a bit more difficult.
