The mechanic seems interesting and it's executed pretty well.  Though I did have a decent amount of frustration with some areas, and the unforgiving amount of checkpoints.  That and the sometimes hard to distinguish hitboxes on the obstacles.  There were quite a few times I seemed to jump over a cactus(?) and still hit it, which got kinda annoying.  Plus the fact that you're stuck at the whim of the game in terms of the light going on and off led to a lot of sitting and waiting until it either came on or turned off.  Though there were bits that allowed me to do bits of each in the opposite, there were also areas that very clearly needed one or the other.

very cool idea!!

Cute and almost peaceful (due to beautiful soundtrack) experience that nonetheless puts you in periodic "is there an obstacle??" panic. Art is simple yet pleasant. Good work!

i really liked the idea, i did a very similar thing with the light and darkness... anyway, very atmospheric platformer, the spites are beautiful and the glow effects are well made, maybe i didn't see it , but there is a way to control when the light goes out, or i just have to wait the cycle for the sprites to show up??

I love the visuals and the idea. I think the game could be a bit more forgiving, like don't make the sprite completely invisible. Overall I think the game is great!

I really liked the idea of the game, the concept is amazing!

This fade in/out in a different times for each element make the game interesting ^^

Good job!

Really cool game with great atmosphere. Levels were fun and challenging and made me want to play more! Hitboxes could be a bit more forgiving though.

Good game with nice visuals. Level design could have been polished a bit more though.

This was a really interesting game! It's very mysterious and creepy - love that! I would have liked some sound effects, and a more visible way to see what the light level was at would have been helpful, but I'm only mentioning those minor things because there's nothing major that I can constructively critique! Fantastic job!

Very good interpretation of the theme !! At the beginning I just wasn't sure about when and how the light was changing, but you can figure it out quite fast.

The game is really cool to play. You managed to create a cool mysterious ambiance ! Loved it. :)

I gave you a 5 in VISUALS....HA....seriously though...great game

I'm not a big fan of the lack of visibility concept, but you've implemented it well, with great art and music, and fun level design. The character feels a bit floaty jumping up, but the controls are responsive. Well done!

The game felt really complete; wth the art, music and overall feel all complimenting eachother well.

I do have to say that i started to find the fading obstacles a little frustrating after a while, perhaps it could have been interesting to link their disappearance to the player's speed (or some other factor) instead of them coming and going at regular intervals to allow the gameplay to flow slightly better.

But, that said, it's still a really enjoyable game, and the relaxing music really does help to relieve the rage-inducing deaths to invisible cacti! haha :)

I like how you did less vision is more vision. Cool idea!
