Nice approach to the theme here!

What i liked:

• seasonal changes and the graphic sets used for that
• self sung intro music
• the game idea - to gentrify a location to bring it back to a natural state - nice thought

My 3 wishes

• It wasn't quite clear when I was allowed to click on houses. Most times It wasn't responding. So my wish here: some visual hint, when I'm allowed to click
• The whispering sounds were a bit to quiet and the music a bit too loud
• A slightly better tutorial. Even after reading, I had to figure some things out later in game

I really liked the season transitions! I couldn’t seem to interact with the actual town, but I let it run for a few minutes to listen to the chill tune and watch the seasons change. It was very calming after so many bullet hell games. I guess in this case less really is more :)

Good take on the team. There is perhaps too much text at start, and the first time I can't figure out where to click. I think you could improve you game, with some visual information on when you can click on a house. A way to see house with single, couple. Add some twist with male/female that search room-mate of the same sex, etc... The mood is great. Good job.

I was super confused and the game needed a tutorial but the visuals were great and i think i got the idea which was cool too

Fun game. I was confused at first and didn't know what to do but after I got the hang of it it was pretty cool.

I like the concept, it just needs some time to get used to
