Good game, but I would really like a tutorial, and the combat could be a little better if you add some range to your attacks, so you don't have to get so close. but I did like the pixel art it was very fitting.
Thank you for the feedback :)
I really like the art and the setting! You should make the combat easier to see. For example, if you have a sword, make a huge sword swing arc trail when you attack with some kickback to the combatant damaged.
This is your first game! That's super impressive, don't be discouraged.
Art style is quite nice. Running around in arena feels nice too. I am sure you will be better as you get more experienced in scripting. There are some niche stuff that you need pay attention when working with pixel art so that the visuals don't get jittery.
I don't like anonymous votes, so here is my rating.
Keep up the good work buddy!
Thank you so much :)
I tried to fixed the camera jitter but it ended up breaking other things and I didn't have time to look into it in the end.
Thanks for the rating. How is music and sound 3 stars though lol, there isn't any. Although I guess "less is more".
I usually don't tend to give less than 3. You already know what is there and what is don't :)
Here is an article if you haven't checked it : https://blogs.unity3d.com/2019/03/13/2d-pixel-perfect-how-to-set-up-your-unity-p...
Have a good day!
very nice visuals.
thank you :)
Hi! I really liked the art but the combat was very clunky. I couldn't tell when I was attacking.
Thank you. Yes the combat is not great, I would've liked to improve that I probably should've worked on that first tbh. Thanks for the feedback :)
