pretty neat game! of course there are some bugs but yea its a game jam. the most important one is that you sometimes cant move unless you jump wich makes you spend a coin. pretty cool game concept though.

The platforming feels pretty great, except that the character sometimes gets stuck on the ground. Also, the stakes were too low: missing a jump didn't have any consequence, because the coins were overly abundant, and there are no spikes or similar in the game. The art is nice. Cool game!

I like the idea, would be cool to add coin particles dropping out when the player jumps. Also, it would be nice if the music looped, I spent the last half of the playthrough in silence lol. The only issue I ran into was not being able to run sometimes and getting stuck on the side of the platforms.

I actually really like this idea but I think it's a little basic right now, but could be taken even further by adding branching paths, where some routes are harder but take less jumps and others are easier but require more, or by maybe having each area have a unique element to them that have to be avoided in different ways, things like that.

I also noticed that your character gets caught on the tilemap a lot which is pretty annoying, since the only way to move again is to jump and lose coins. You can fix that by adding a composite collider to your tilemap!

Great concept! The changing visuals kept the game fun and gave a sense of progress. One problem is that after standing still, you can't move in the direction you are facing at all.

I've noticed that and its a bummer, this was my first game and the player movement is something to figure out. Thx for playing you are epic.
