Nice fast based game! I really enjoyed the power-up system! The sounds and visuals are very fitting and the game has good feedback for the hits. Great work on the jam!

Thanks!

Mechanics and game-feel are top-notch. Great work here. It's a little on the difficult side (I'm very bad at shooting in pretty much any game), but I still had a lot of fun.

I think my only real complaint is that I kept thinking one of the power-ups was for a permanent health increase, but it never did anything (After I *did* find the upgrade for that, I realized that it was just a refill, and I was already at full health).

Solid game, keep up the good work! :)

Developer

Thank you! Maybe I'll reword that upgrade slightly then

Super fun game. Like others, I didn't realize that the menu didn't recognize the mouse position.

Otherwise, solid game-feel, good progression, good concept. I think your card-based upgrade system is really good.

Developer

Thanks, I have an update that uses the mouse position now, I will upload it after the rating period has finished

Really great game feel. I really wanna compare this to downwell. They are very simmular. Short bursts of intense gameplay, broken up by a choice of upgrades. A template that often works wery well. Overall very good. Simple mechanics that you manipulate with the upgrades and superb gunplay. Music is decent and the sfx are really good. The visuals are also pretty good.

My biggest critice is the menus. You should be able to click on the options. At least that doesn't work for me. It just uses the currently selected option when i try to click an option. Its really jarring.

Well done overall

Thank you, the menus were all designed for a controller so they aren't ideal for a mouse. Maybe I'll go back and improve them after the jam.

Great game. I didn't realize at first that the highlighted upgrade is selected when you click, not the one the mouse is over.

Developer

Thanks, yeah I should have put an instruction in game for that

Very cool game. Really. It's very funny, but the music is so loud! Very, very good game. Congratulations!
