Really nice art direction. The controls are a bit slow though.
i really like your idea !! Good concept and mechanic !! I appreciate it !
The hacking theme is great, and the execution is, too. The bosses have fantastic looks and animations.
Really like the concept and the art. Like how the health bar of the boss falls down when he takes damage. The thing that stood out is, that you can only really do damage to the boss with heavy attack since the light attack puts you in the damage hit box.
It dearly needs the setting to be able to get into a full-screen mode, so the control key will not "bleed" into the browser's input queue to avoid the issue with suddenly opening the bookmark dialog. Also, being confined to that small part of the screen makes it a bit difficult to read already (although the font in the terminal screens is relatively large compared to the window siize of the gsme).
I watcht a twitch screen for playing it and it had a lot of cool and interesting looking things in it.
The boss designs are incredible, very cool! I like the environment pieces as well, though I wish there was a bit of visual feedback when you destroy the red blocks. Unfortunately, CTRL + D is the bookmark shortcut for Chrome (not sure about other browsers), so this was regularly interrupting the game when I had happened to press the combo as part of regular gameplay. For all of the bosses, I had a hard time getting one hit in without getting hit several times in the same moment, so that was a bit frustrating and made me feel like beating them was unnecessarily difficult. However, with some balancing and improvements to the collision boxes of bosses, the game could be a lot more playable. Good job!
it's experimental I like the artistic side. great entry
