Fun game! Boss has a good design. I was a bit confused at the beginning of the game on how to kill the boss. But when I saw the gem, I knew. Dying after taking damage just once makes the game a bit too difficult. Might try increasing the player's health or adding more dash to dodge damage. Good job.

this makes me go wow that was really cool

I'd love to see a linux export if possible.

I'll do my best. Never exported to linux before but if I can I will.

There is now a linux export. Let me know if it works as I couldn't test it myself.

Thank you for doing that!
Tested it out and it works for the most part. Sometimes it crashes on level reset, and I don't hear any audio. Other than that it plays really smooth on Linux. Just a note, it might be helpful to some if you add a goal like this in the game:
Use your gun and multi-jump ability to navigate the level and take down the boss.

Thank you. I'll see if I have time before the jam ends but that will definitely happen. I'll be honest, I've never used audio in a game before so I don't even know where to start. Don't think I'll get it done for the jam but its on the list.
