I loved the art style. The controls were responsive and very natural. Good Job

If you are interested, I would really appreciate it if you would play my game.

Fun little game. Very interesting perspective and control scheme combo, I don’t think I’ve ever seen aiming done like this but it works very well. Could definitely see it make for a good full release.

I like the art style/theme and the camera angle + controls feel natural. The attacks aren't clear for their hitbox path & responsiveness so it's hard to tell when anything takes damage though. Great job!

The controls felt a little floaty- my character would slide a little bit forward even after releasing the button. That being said, the way he shuffles around was quite endearing, and the music was very pleasant, as well as the visuals being simple, but nice as well.

The game was overall confusing, mostly the UI. After clearing a room I wandered around for a bit before realizing I had to go to the elevator again, and there was no clear way to advance up the floors.  I often was confused while in menus, unsure of what was selected, or how to proceed (especially the "advance floor" ui in the elevator.)

I switched to the pistol and found it very underwhelming, unsatisfying to use, compared to the standard laser weapon.

Thank you for the feedback!  In a future iteration we will work on making the UI more readable and the level flow more intuitive.

The pistol does indeed feel underwhelming and we will balance it accordingly. We had an option to skip exchanges in the works but it wasn't ready in time for submitting. Exchanges can be skipped by returning to the elevator currently
