How does your game fit the theme?
The game is a top-down shooter split into day and night time. The day is the calm before the storm where the player prepares for the night. They can heal, buy upgrades and place towers. The night is the storm, where it is dark and rainy and the player must defend themselves and their home from a horde of monsters.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
My friends and I produced the code and most assets. The existing assets we used were:
Overworld - Grass Biome by Beast

Pixel Art GUI Elements by Mounir Tohami

Hey everyone. Thank you for playing our game and giving us feedback.

We added a new turret and more ways to spend resources. All the unit sprites are animated now, and there are a bunch of QoL and balance changes.

There probably won't be any significant updates after this, but I'm happy with how the game turned out

Cool and detailed tower defense/survivor game. The slow movement made the game feel a bit sluggish, and sometimes I couldn't shoot properly, but I liked the blending of genres.

I didn't know the player could attack until later LOL

At first the movement felt really slow but as I upgraded it it did feel better so very rewarding indeed, good reward system that keeps the player engaged :D
