How does your game fit the theme?
The game consists of several waves of combat interlaced with moments of peace - refered to as moments of Calm and Storm. The theme of storms is appropiate since you fight against invaders who came crashing into the sky like a thunderstorm.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All graphics, music and sound effects were made from scratch. The code is also written from scratch by myself, with a couple of scripts heavily readapted from my previous jam but essentially all new code.

Art style and game design are good. I'm looking forward to it
holy damn, the combat theme has no right going THIS hard. nice. i really liked how clearly communicated all the upgrades and functions are - at no point was i confused as to which interactable does what or what the attack plan for different enemies was, and that was probably in no small part due to the well-made pixel art. nice job!
