How does the game fit the theme?
You're making a deal with the devil to get out of hell, what could possibly go wrong. Nothing, because you're already in hell.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All of it was made by me during the jam (with some code references from the internet oc). The game was made in Godot, UI in Affinity Designer, music in Ableton and the 3D models in Blender

i had some fun with this one! It took me some time to understand how i buy new land and what the buildings are for exactly. But i really love the artstyle. maybe add some soundeffects. that would be nice!
"the bat trees need more bones"
Yeah, wanted to make a tree out of bones with bats in it, but didn't have the time. So it became an ugly tree instead!
I love it, the whole game is a very fun vibe!
Didn't know what everything did initially but had fun once I found out. I would say that the pacing could be a bit quicker as I was sat around not doing anything waiting for more money generation. And also I couldn't figure out how to get more people :( Other than that a fun game!
It's a bit hard to figure out what to do at first, but once you get it, the game becomes really engaging. The core mechanic is really fun! The only downside for me is the music—I don’t really like it. It doesn’t fit the game that well.
I never gave tower defence games a shot but this one actually managed to make me have some fun the UI and work put in the game is shown from the start of the game
would've loved to see a how to play at the first but i eventually had the hang of it .
