Very fun concept!! i'm especially amazed by the twist on the theme. At first, when seeing how non-dangerous the ennemies were, i was like oh, it's literally "nothing CAN go wrong". But then something definitely goes wrong and i wasn't expecting that haha. Great job on this game, i loved it !
I love this so much! Great art style, SFX, and music with smooth gameplay--all really beautifully integrated together. Amazing!
Love the art style and musicccc!! The controls feel really good too - the overall design has so much personality XD Great work!!
Super cool game! I love how the background in the bug version is literally gdscript x) Concept is really fun, thanks for making this!
Really nice game; I love how you interpreted the theme! My kid thought that the game crashed for real in the end while I was laughing out loud! Haha, well played! Did you try Angry Shepherd?
Love it! I really like it when developers play with the theme of “not a bug but a feature”, but unfortunately there are very few such games. And this is just a perfect realization of this concept:))
Thank you so much! I also love those kinds of games. In fact, the main concept is somewhat based on the idea from Doki Doki Literature Club—where at first, the game doesn’t seem like what it really is (I won’t say more in case you haven’t played it). I’m really happy that you liked it! ^^
Fun game. Great ending.
Nice game, didnt find any bug.
Thank you! ^^
This game didn’t just fit the theme — it smashed it with a banana-shaped hammer. What started as a simple platformer quickly descended into beautifully chaotic madness: enemies crushed by falling pianos, flashing glitch dimensions, and a monkey so determined to fix him all that he bends reality itself.
The art was adorable, the sound design a wild rollercoaster (maybe a bit too wild in the code zone, but honestly, it added to the chaos), and every level felt like the game itself was trying to escape its own code. I found myself grinning like an idiot the whole time. Brian, the monkey is the unhinged hero we never knew we needed.
10/10 would throw bananas at physics again. 🍌🐒✨
Literalmente, los monos de Gibraltar. Pero juegazo
Woah. That was an experience. I think something went wrong!
In all seriousness, that was very cool. I didn't consider taking a meta route to the theme. This works very well. I would only suggest to balance some sounds. Some are a bit louder and sudden compared to others.
Thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed our game ^^. We'll take note of your feedback about the sounds :)
It was looking like a normal platformer but became quite confusing the moment the first enemy died by a piano. The code area really hurt my eyes and ears. Sound design apart from that was neat.
I'm glad you enjoyed the sound design! It took long time for me to make that music piece, and I'm really proud of the result. We are aware of the code area problems, and we now know that we should make it less confusing, but we didn't have enough time for it. I hope you enjoyed the game despite that.
Really fun game, the final idea is really enjoyable!
Thank you so much! We are so glad that you enjoyed the game ^^
