You rewind the "X" before you shoot it, and you are able to rewind back to the beginning of your trail!!
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All the assets are created by me, music is under Creative Commons 0 License and the code is 80% mine because I helped myself out with some webpages and videos that I will refer to on my yt video when I'm done editing!

Great art and audio! It's an addicting game, rated!
This was a really nice experience! The aesthetic was nice! I loved the bloom and lens distortion, (I love post processing but I've gotta say particles are better). I wish that enemies didn't spawn on top of me though, and I felt the tie to the theme was fairly weak, but that's me. Besides that, great game! Here's mine https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-4/rate/722098

Really great effects and graphics! It can be a bit annoying when enemies just spawn on top of you but thats just me. Nice work!
Yeah, I didnt have time for solving that, but maybe I will solve that in the future!!
