In what way does your game fit the theme?
In TimeFix you need to rewind the time to save lives after investigating the scene.

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
We made the code, the graphics, the music and everything else that unity doesn't provide ourself.

Very enjoyable, but short! I wish there were more levels to it. It is a pretty interesting concept.

I think that holding "Up" while climbing the ladder shouldn't make you climb back down! Usually games make you hold up to climb ladders. Your game lets you just tap once, which is great for the type of game it is. But I instinctly held up and found myself climbing up and down repeatedly! It would be better if you had to press a different button to go down.

Also, it would be better if the text moved faster, but required you to press a button or wait a second before moving on to the next line. The way it is now, the text seems super slow, but then when it reaches the end of the line it basically instantly starts writing the next one. This results in the player having way too much time to read the beginning of the sentence, but not enough to read the end! Which is a shame, because I love the text you wrote.

It's kind of weird that you can move during the animation of the character using his time rewind thingy, but that's a minor complaint.

Overall, it's a solid game! I made a lot of complaints, but that doesn't mean I didn't like it, far from it! It's very good and my complaints are pretty minor. Good job!

Thanks for the feedback. We will definetly need to fix that once the jam is over.

Amazing game! This is a very cool and funny idea, you should definitely make more levels once the rating period ends!

Thanks. Im happy that you liked it. We already thought about making more levels after revising the graphics, so maybe there will be more levels or more mechanics some day.

Love the idea & concept of the game. It's interesting to investigate and then try to anticipate what mistake these scientists are going to do xD

My positive points:

  • The gameplay is fun
  • The concept fits well with the theme and is quite interesting
  • The robot scanning is a great idea

My negative points:

  • Art & UI could use some work as it's quite confusing and very basic
  • I didn't like the music & sounds of the game

Overall enjoyed playing a lot, but the art side could be improved a lot. Good job for this game jam! :)

Thanks for the really detailed Feedback. We appreciate that you took the time to write that.

Having to listen to the tutorial a second time made me quit the game after failing the first level a second time. I don't need to hear it again and it takes forever and can't be skipped.

We are sorry that you didn't like our game. We didn't know this bug because it didn't appear to our playtesters. We would fix this but we are not allowed to do that in this phase of the game jam.

But there is a workaround by just going to level 2 in the level select menu.

Not so much that I didn't like the game, but more that I was disappointing that I didn't get to experience more of it, as I didn't want to sit through that much exposition again. I'll give it another shot and skip to level 2.
