You get to turn wheel forward or backward in order to avoid obstacles, in other winds, anticlockwise directions fitting "Rewind"

Hey I made a video with your game. Your game starts at 4:58. I am not a professional so the quality is not great, and take my comments with a grain of salt.
Nice job! It's pretty original! The movement felt nice and the square moving back and forth was a nice touch. I think the music loop could be a bit longer, and maybe a bit different sometimes. Also, the cannons don't shoot very frequently, so the game can feel pretty slow at times.
