In what way does your game fit the theme?
You meet friends along the way as you clear levels. Each friend has a unique attack type which can only be used on a certain enemy type. Hence each friend is necessary to progress.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All sprites and code are done by me.
Audio clips are downloaded from Kenny.nl

The mechanic is great ^^ The idea of making the rotation to sensible to force the player to move to aim correctly is amazing. However, the back squares only being killed by the the yellow projectile throw me off a bit, I tried to attack them with the blue guy as well. And in this kind of 2D game it's best to make the ennemi hitbox smaller than the sprite to make the collision more fair in the eyes of the player. I'll look forward to see what you will do with this game if you intend to improve it ^^
The way you handled the theme was very well thought of. My only feedback I have is to make the sound effects less harsh if that makes any since. Other than that, the game was quite enjoyable.
Thanks for the feedback! And yes, audio clips are a bit harsh. I guess I could have decreased their pitch a little bit.
