In what way does your game fit the theme?
You have to make friends to get to a castle

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I used some assets from the Internet but they are free and I gave credits in the game

nice rpg but your game scope is way too big for a one week jam.

Developer

Yeah I know :/
At least I finally got to somehow finish a game :)

Good job I enjoyed your game! I liked the camera zoom when you get to the forest maze! I was a bit confused at first in the battles but I think I mostly understood. Do your allies have a one turn cool down? and can you only use 2 allies each turn? I know there is only a week and you did a good job in that time period, but if you keep developing this one suggestion I would make is either condensing your map (it seemed like a lot off movement with only trees, especially at the start) or adding collectables or other tasks to end some of the monotony. A mini-map might be nice too! overall good work!

Thanks for the nice feedback.

Yes the allies are limited to 2 and have a 1 round cooldown. The plan was to visualise the cooldown with a lock that appears over them and the limit of two allies was supossed to be implemented in the tutorial. But in the end I ran out of time and somehow the game just broke.

So I don't really think I will keep on developing but if I do I'll consider using your ideas (espasially the improving of the world).
