How does you game fit the theme?
You play as a silhouette and every time you close your eyes 'Blink' the world stops existing - it isn't real. You can pass through walls, floors, and every type of obstacle. Time your blinks just right to successfully complete each level!

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code and made all the artwork myself from scratch during the jam.
Most of the sound effects were created by @https://itch.io/profile/thedoun during the jam.
The music was created by youtuber Pix.

Wow cool! Great gamedesign ideas, I love all the work around the blinking!

A game that can be even more developed in the future in my opinion, with more assets to be even more challenging.
Once again you did great job!

Woah! A 2D game in Unreal! That's super impressive! Seriously awesome work with this game! The art style is clean and simple, and the movement feels really responsive and fluid! The fact that you made this in Unreal seriously blows my mind! The blinking mechanic takes a little time to get used to, but it's implemented really well! Some of the timings are really tight, and I had to let my sibling take over for me since I'm not very good at these types of games, but overall this was fantastic! Definitely a solid jam entry! Amazing work!

liked it a lot! audio, graphics, main mechanic of the game, all were made very nicely and clean, just the movement felt a little too slippery but overall great game! gave you 5 stars each :)

Honestly this is the best game i've played in this jam so far. The UI is clear and pretty, the music is really cool, the graphics are clean and fitting, and the concept is both creative and well executed.

I guess you didn't really have time for that, but a way to select levels would have been nice, especially since escape sends the player back at the main menu without a warning. Also, people are complaining about difficulty for the last levels, but i would argue the levels are fine, it's the margin of error which is too slim : it doesn't feel right to die because the very tip of my hat touched the wall, sometimes by just a pixel.

The timer is a good idea, it's always cool to promote speedrunning, and the audio settings are always nice too in a jam game. I think you could turn this into a full game if you find a couple of interesting mechanics to mix with what you already have, maybe some side-scrolling levels, or at least bigger ones, could be a good idea for exemple.

I enjoyed the tension each time i blinked, and redoing the early levels in one go after getting used to the game was really satisfying (that's where the side-scrolling levels idea comes from). Congrats!

I love the idea behind this game. It fits the theme perfectly. Soundtrack is relaxing. Art Style is simple yet elegant. My only complain is that it's way too difficult. I really wanted to beat all the levels but It's nearly impossible. Maybe, instead of making the screen pitch black you could make it really dark, but leave some clearance so the player can see a bit what's going on. This game is one of the best i played. I think you have a good chance of winning this game jam. Best of luck!

If you have a minute please check my game too :)
