my analytics for my game the number of ratings it shows up as 0 . Other devs have been playing my game and said that they rated my game, however the ratings still show as 0, I have 70 views and 42 Browser plays. is there something wrong with my settings?

no its okay. Thats a bug from itch.io, but you can see your rates from the submission page. They are 18 rates so far. Good luck with the jam

I think that number of ratings that is zero is not related to the jam. It is the rating of your game in general, which could be given by anyone who plays your game, not just the jammers.
