Artist notes
The image prompt has the obvious high fantasy vibe to it but something about it made me feel like it took a good amount of adventuring for this unlikely friendship to blossom.
The music signifies that progression, starting with a very mysterious vibe that develops into a full cascade of sound reflecting the trials they both go through during the course of their journey.

This song is wonderful! I love how well everything fits together, and the amazing fantasy vibe you were able to do. This is very close to how I imagine the image would sound like!
I loved reading your little blurb on the project page! I think your interpretation of a backstory from the image lead to a great idea for the structure of your track!
Fantastic track. A lot of ingredients but you've got them all balanced, and enough interesting elements to make it fresh. And did I see a hurdy gurdy track in that screenshot?? :D
This was definitely up there in the unique factor to me. Everything flows neatly into each other and uses cool instruments. It shines really well, which is a big part of this art. Nice job!
The dynamics of this are great. The flow into each part is pretty seamless. Great job!
Love this so much! I really like the direction you went, it felt very cutscene oriented. The story of the tentative beginning blossoming into something more was so apparent. Weird thought, but if there was a cutscene in the Water Temple of Ocarina of Time, I feel like this would fit so well. I feel like in an expanded version of this, the opening (with the piano and reed) would be well suited to make a grand re-entrance later on in the track. It's very evocative
Really like this one. Starts tense, moody and mysterious. Really nice transition at 0:40. Then becomes triumphant and adventurous.
Good job! I especially liked the multi-instrumental parts. Your harmonics are great. I feel like the beginning is a bit too dark.
