Use of space here is PRISTINE. Your dynamics are spectacular, and they really add some more nuanced emotion/narrative (either one, I feel like I can listen to this and simply feel it, or hear it as the score for some imaginary scene).

It sounds like the intro sequence to a 2000s cartoon network show! Very catchy, memorable melody. Could definitely see the art from the prompt recontextualized into a whimsical cartoon land. The details added in the backing tracks are a great touch!

The percussion is so detailed and tasty! yum yum yum

Nice sounds here! Jazzy feel, sounds like the intro to a 90s fusion track. Love it!

Very epic! Definitely feel the Ori influence here.

I always get super excited to see you in music jams! I know I'm gonna get to hear some really awesome proggy stuff.

That little harpsichord progression at 0:14 is TREMENDOUS

Fantastic work! You do a great job of keeping things interesting between just the two instruments.

Thank you! Celeste has a fantastic OST!

Glad you liked the triplets! That was something I stumbled upon just before I started laying down the tracks, and I got really excited by how well it seemed to fit.

Thanks!

Thank you!

So cool! Sound design along with some of the little micromelodies kinda reminded me of the soundtrack from Inner Space.

I loved reading your little blurb on the project page! I think your interpretation of a backstory from the image lead to a great idea for the structure of your track!

Hey, that voiceover stuff is such a cool idea! Such a thoughtful little addition, and the voices fit so perfectly! Wish I had thought of that.

Guitar intro is excellent! Would have loved to hear more of that as the song developed. The harmonies you build across the different instruments are beautiful as well!

I like the little decorative melodies! Very elegant yet orphic all the way through. Fascinating way of deriving a time signature from the image!

Cool instruments here! Structure is a little proggy too. I like it!

Yo it's like a brighter, video game OST version of VirtualRiot! Kinda sounds like music from a visual novel game.

Love stuff like this. Fantastic layering, and awesome sound design. Great work!

Cool little track! Very clean, simple. Sounds like something you'd hear in a section of a game with a lot of ambient sound effects.

BRO I LOVE THOSE DRUMS!

Such an awesome rhythm track. The sparkly synths in the background are fantastic as well.

Wow! So many tasty little things going on here. Tasteful drums, tasteful leads... Love all the melodies and harmonies the piano builds into. Those "la la"s are super fun, and it perfectly captures the vibe of the prompt.

Very classy! The contrasts between the sections are cool, and I think they all do a good job of establishing themselves.

The evolution in this track is primo! Great arrangement.

Ah, interesting use of that time sig! The contrast between the first and second halves is neat too.

Kinda spooky feel to it. Nice countermelodies on that music box part! Those dissonant chords right at the end are super cool too.

Those bass slides are fun!

Lovely melodies here! And that violin is so beautifully recorded! What a great sound! Are you using a microphone or a pickup? Or both? Or something else?

Yep! There are a couple of synths layered together following the piano. Glad you enjoyed it!

Those sound effects are wacky! I love imagining hearing this at the part of the game where the player has just wound up in a weird forest like in the prompt image, and they go around interacting with various surreal things in the environment.

Awesome images, too.

That melody is so mystical and lovely! It has this unusual brightness to it that's super intriguing!

It reminds me of Mystery Dungeon! Love the arrangement of all the little melodic elements, and that ending is so exciting!

I had some fun experimenting with effects to try and get that AI sound.

So much cool stuff going on here! I love all those crazy decorations all over the mix!

Did you do anything wacky to those drums? They sound awesome! It sounds like there's some kind of weird reverb with predelay on there, but then again it almost sounds like backwards reverb? Not sure. I love it though!

It's as if El Ten Eleven did the soundtrack for a game!

Those guitar parts are PERFECT. The arrangement progresses so beautifully, and about halfway through I started getting giddy just to hear what would happen next. I might be kind of biased, 'cause this is already in the vein of some of my favorite kinds of music.

What a fantastic track!

The choir and harp are very thoughtful! The atmosphere you convey is striking.

Was NOT expecting what happens at 0:40. So cool! That marching snare is a great touch.

METAL WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO     \m/    \m/    \m/

Feels like we don't get enough stuff like this in game jams. Those guitar tones are SUPERB!

BRO THE GATED SYNTH AT 1:40

That's my favorite. Reminded me of Cylindric Router.

Your timbres and textures here are super unique! I love the detail in the percussion as well.

So classy! It's like a film score! That piano had me hooked the whole time. It felt like I was exploring this grand, evolving space while holding onto the piano.

Very nice pacing here! I feel the emotion in it, and I love all the little decorations.
