There is a lot of nice touches that make this game awesome. The game reeks charm. The wall jumping can feel a bit weird at times but that stuff is hard to do in 48hr. Good Job pal!
Yeah the Wall climbing is funny or weird or both. lol so I just made the wall jump do it all by itself. Like just spam the jump button and off he goes lol. Thanks so much for taking the time to play, rate, give feedback, and comment. That means a lot.
It's great that you spent (and managed!) the time to add all those subtle juicy details that make games satisfying to play. Idle animations, spinning coins, kicked-up debris, and entertaining animations go a long way towards making a game.

Yes, about four hours left in the JAM and I was so tired I could hardly move was when I realized I might have spent too much time doing those things.... but I had never done them in a jam and really wanted to do them this time.
This was a lot of fun, I think you have a really awesome character with Hot Dog Boy, a lot of personality. I'm glad I joined this jam, even though I had to drop out, I still remembered Hot Dog Boy from the Discord chat, so I had to play none the less. Great job, and hope you do some more with this character in the future!!
