Wow!! First, I've got to ask were most of the graphics dynamic through code or did you have to do the sprites for everything?? it looks amazing!

I second CD_G6Q100 I found out about clicking the clouds by accident! I would definitely add a tooltip. It would be better if there was lo-fi/chill music and maybe a less harsh clicking sound effect ?

However this game is a solid entry and I really enjoyed it!

Didn't even realize that you can click the cloud at first XD

Anyway, the visual look great, the gameplay are nice too, I like how it feel like the graphics evolve with the planet upgrade.

The dimension upgrade are cool, but the autoclick doesn't really feel like it does anything compare to normal clicking.

And it could be better if there was background music. The sound effect are nice tho.

Overall, nice game!

This was a great one. The aesthetics look amazing, and the UI layout is really well-structured. First off, seeing the planet "grow" land was very satisfying. Then, adding clouds and moons that you could click on added a more engaging gameplay element. The idea of introducing auto-click through purchasing dimensions was also a good one, though I have to admit I didn't realize this was a feature until I had purchased all of the upgrades...

My only two criticisms are:

  • Quite often, when clicking on a moon or a cloud, it wouldn't register as a click and nothing happened.
  • Music would have been nice. It felt very silent, despite the clicking SFX.

You're right!

  • The clicks not registering was something I noticed as well, though more on the clouds than the moon. The moon is really hard to click when it gets small, I thought of making the "Minimum Size" of the moons bigger, but I wanted to make the player jump from the planet to the clouds and the moons, which would probably not be the case if you could always click the moons :) The clouds on the other hand are really weird. Apparently, the cloud particles sometimes get out of their hitbox shape which is quite annoying, but yea, that's a thing I have to fix for sure!
  • Music would indeed be very nice! I didn't have much time to work on that, but it probably would create a much more relaxing atmosphere.
  • Showing the user all the possible features, like the dimension auto clicker, is really good advice, I didn't think much about that. A mini-tutorial could help there or something to make the buttons pop out

Anyways, thanks for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm definitely going to work on some of the stuff you suggested :3 (Though after a break, the jam made me sacrifice every minute of free time I had lol)
