Nice little game, there are a few "bugs", although they could be intentional (mostly physics stuff). Love the idea of using health to upgrade, as most people in the comment section. I'm not sure I found the easter egg though sadly :( I also thought the shooting ability was broken until I bought it and I finally could shoot! Good job!
Note: This is my personal opinion, but I feel like I would've preferred a faster attack. The sword was moving kinda slow and the animation felt a bit weird to me. I think it would've look really good if it was way faster. Maybe do much less damage, but be able to spam the attack a bit. If it was a design decision then it's fair, I'm just giving my opinion :)
Very interesting concept!!!! I love the rounder and blockier art style as well!!! Good job guys!!!
The concept of spending HP to upgrade our character is very cool.
Though I did end up dying by spending all my HP on upgrades. Oops.
Spending HP to upgrade is super clever! Nice job!
Liked the HP sacrifice to improve your character! Nice job nice job :D
I like the idea of losing health for more power! Theme is clear.
Love when I ride the enemy and fly off, too bad we can't hold it when move left and right. Taking too much HP to catch the enemies again.
Nice use of the theme. Yeah, I also had issues using right-click for the ranged attack. Also, I couldn't pick up the yellow health items. The concept of using HP for upgrades is a neat idea!
Love the idea of buying perks with hp. Risk vs reward is cool :) However, the shooting mechanic seems broken -- or maybe there's a cooldown, but it's impossible to tell why my attacks dont fire.
Fun!
