I think that, given how your game works, it could be a good idea to add something for the player to do in the upper area, because currently there's no real reason to ever be up high unless you're temporarily dodging a bird. Maybe there could be some flowers on the top, or different types of enemy that can spawn simultaneously so that the player needs to utilize more of the screen space. Neat concept!
The music made me laugh. I love quirky music like that.
Visuals: 3/5 - I do not know if the models of the assets were intended to look like that but they made me laugh. I think the background of the sky and clouds were distracting because it did not match with the world that you made. The sky itself is pretty and the ground, flowers, birds, and bees were something entirely different.
Gameplay: 3/5 - The gameplay was simple. I wish there was more of a challenge to them instead of touching the flowers and avoiding the birds. Something that would be interesting is having flowers that are poisonous and avoid pollinating or being able to use your stinger against the birds. Maybe even adding drops of rain and if you get hit with a drop you move slower. Other mechanics would make this game more engaging.
Music: 4/5 - I loved this music track. It was so silly and I love silly pieces of music in games that make me laugh.
Immersiveness: 2/5 - This really comes from the gameplay mentioned earlier. I wish there was more to the game but the game felt static as time went on.
Originality/Style: 3/5 - The gameplay mechanics are not original however, the style and the way you executed it are. I think this game deserves a job well done.
Fun little game! The music made me giggle, and the bee is adorable. Might be fun to add some powerups later on? Move faster, temp shield against birds etc
Do you mean like a flowery tunnel? Never crossed my mind. After playing some of the other games I realized maybe I could have used something regarding sunlight or rainwater.
I got over 100 flowers, since the intro said one bee will get up to 100 flowers, was waiting to get a new bee or a win screen or something, sadly not ^^ Still fun, though.
I really like the song, but after around 50 flowers it got quite repetetive , I thought it might be just the same sample over and over again on endless loop, but then it faded out and started again. A bit more variation and the ability to loop it endlessely without noticing a seam would make the song even better.
Ok, I think you're the record holder now. An acknowledgement for the 100 flowers mark would have been nice indeed. I had planned some new flowers and a pollen meter but had to drop those in favor of delivering a simpler but functional game.
I agree that it gets repetitive, just never thought anyone would play for so long. Oh, I thought the fading would make it a little less monotone but I guess not. Will take that into account for my next games.
Thank you! Your videos are a life saver as now I'll be able to see what most games are about since I'm on a metered connection and Unity games can be huge.

Anyway, great job!
Nice!!
I really like the music and 3d models:) they are adorable
It makes me wonder if there could be a 2nd objective that can be done flying in the upper part of the game? maybe higher flowers for example?
Thank you for the game:)
Thanks!!

Such a cozy and chill game.

And thanks for the thorough analysis!
Neat little game! I included it in my Cozy Spring Jam 2023 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look!

I had a ton of fun making the music! First game jam looking forward to more!
Looking forward to working with you again.
It's fun and relaxing. The music is super. I made 20 flowers happy.
Thanks for playing. And 20 flowers? Damn, that must be the highest score ever.
