Love, love, love the art direction in this game. Love me some point n clicks, thrilled with the mix of hand drawn and photos. Of course, mechanics need a little work and there's some edge cases and a couple soft locks I encountered, but this project def deserves to be continued! I LOVE POINT N CLICKS.
Thanks for playing and the positive feedback!
very creative a fun concept - suffered from indirection a bit, but I figured it out and freed the moth!

Thanks for playing!
i really enjoyed the art and setting. It just kinda blew me away and reminded me of some of my favorite puzzle games. The gameplay was a little confusing for me tho because I couldn’t tell if I had progressed or not. I would try to grab an item, such as the pin and then try to do the next step, but I just couldn’t. Not sure if it was an issue on my part or maybe an error? Still really liked the game though.
Thanks for playing! We admittedly ran out of time when developing the gameplay as we had focused on mechanics, so there isn’t a way to see what you have equipped.
We plan on continuing development of this game, and plan to make the game a little more clear.
Your mouse should change icons if you can interact with it, meaning if it wasn’t you may have forgotten a step. I’d definitely look at the walkthrough and see if that helps!
The gameplay is a nice point-and-click adventure (for the most part), which is very different from all the other submissions. Very cool! Unfortunately the game is a little confusing. Like you mention on your page, in order to meet the (original) deadline, the game cannot show you if you have certain objects. Even with the walk through, I felt a little blind in what I was doing and where I was going.
The art is really cool though! I am curious, how did you do the art? The hyper-realism in some places makes be believe that it is a mix of photos and drawn images.
Overall, a pretty solid game! Nice job!
Heyo! You're right! The art was a mix of a bunch of pictures I took from back home mushed together with drawings toby and I did. It was super fun to mix the two together and we are excited to continue developing the game.
The art and atmosphere here are stunning! I'm not quite sure how it fits the "meet your maker" theme, but I enjoyed the experience nonetheless.
Thanks for playing! As for the theme, you play this game as a little dustball, which was swept off the wings of the moth you were once a part of (and now struggles helplessly).
We were hoping to have made this more clear, but unfortunately ran out of time.
