Hey all!

I finally made a video about the challenge!

It's almost the 1st of November, so I invite you to choose an idea to work on and to plan ahead what would be your schedule during the challenge! You could create a devlog topic to announce your schedule or a post anywhere. Try to stick to it.

Feel free to ask if anything is still unclear, this is the first open edition, so we might have to figure some things out along the way! Also, try to use the #CrunchlessChallenge when possible so we can check what other people are working on during the challenge.

We are more than 300 joining this challenge, it's really exciting, let's see how it goes!

Question what if I don't want it for sale or if I use Unity. I would put it really cheap cause I want everyone to enjoy it. Do I have to put it up for sale?

Hi! You are expected to put it up for sale, but, again, since it's a personal challenge, you could decide not to. The best way in my opinion is to put it up for sale at a "pay what you want/can" price on itch. That way you can still define the price you think it should cost, but let people get it at any price they want. Hive Time do it that way for instance.

It's not many rooms. I am revising what was told to me by my teach. It was a choice build assignment. So I made a riddle room game. Just a table and paper in the room. The paper says the riddle. You hit enter to type the answer. Once typed correctly it will immediately open. But you have to hit enter to walk once more. So I am going to apply a pause menu. Also the sad part is when in the unity engine on play button the sfx for the door works for the settings, but when you open the game from folder or build and run it doesn't work which is weird and sad so I apologize on that. But I will ad more riddle rooms.
