I really like how you took this idea and gave it a narrative. It definitely makes it more compelling. Like I said on Tuesday, I love the shaking effect. I think it works so well with the story you're telling. As always, those visuals are *chef's kiss* Great job!

I like the feel here, but I wonder if maybe the narrative pieces would be more effectively dropped in between waves of enemies, rather than all at the beginning. Sort of like the internal narrative of the pilot realizing these things as they blow up more and more enemies?

Masterful use of screenshake at work here! Great story beats, and the reveal at the end genuinely managed to take me off guard, even though I instantly knew what you were going for.

I did a pacifist run! Well up until the boss where I think I killed a few clones of myself. Vibes are top notch. I can't figure out how you get bullets to look so cool though, when you're moving horizontally they seem to be thicker? Don't know why I like that so much but I do.

i am genuinely impressed with how you are able to implement a narrative into every game you make regardless of platform or theme. Super interesting take on the theme, and it's fun to see one that's not set in space! awesome awesome job
