I have a little it of experience making games in TIC-80, and it is a fantasy computer (it is to DOS as Pico-8 is to Atari/NES).  Has anyone else thought to use it for this jam? Would it be acceptable?

I would be fine with it, especially if you're making something that's similar to a DOS game you enjoy.
