I'm accustomed to 24-page comic books (or thereabouts). That would be doable but something of a challenge over a single weekend. How many pages do you anticipate for the jam?

I really don't know what to expect. Personally I find 24 pages too much to create something nice and I am aiming for like 5-10 pages colored.

But as long as people have fun and feel fullfiled with their work I'm fine with any number of panels / pages.

I personally am going for just a single page, or perhaps even half of a page. I am simply using this jam as inspiration to try a different drawing style and get drawing again. So don't worry if you don't have many pages :)
