My game got to the top 5 so I can't really complain.
Bombenalarm! Definitely deserved to be among the victors and I'm glad to see it there. The rest is questionable, but none of the entries in the top 5 are bad games.
The four judges each gave the game a rating between 1 and 10, this was then totalled for each game, and multiplied by the average score given to that game. The top 7 were all very close together.
