I love the walking animation! Great example of very simple idea that makes for fun gameplay! Nicely done!

Nice simple game. I like minimal artwork in your game!

Thank you!

I love the graphics: colors are simple but the animation is smooth and attractive! Nice game!

Developer

Thank you! The engine is really nice to work with, thank you for developing it!

Nice idea. Indeed, it could be nice to add a few twists to it (maybe more magnetic elements that appear through time?)

Developer

Thank you! Having more magnetic obstacles over time would be a good idea, especially if I could get them to interact with each other so you settle into a new balance of dodging with each addition.

Very simple, but what is done, is done well!
I like the ideas you mentioned on your game page, I hope you can find the time to add those :)
Congrats on your first game jam, and welcome to ebitengine!

Thank you, excited to make more games with this engine!

This one is a good example of how you can make a simple game in Ebitengine in a single file! That aside, I was wondering about the character's sprite, did you make that one yourself? The animation is smooth.

Developer(+1)

I did make it myself, thank you! I spent way more time than I expected to in order to get the walking animations just right, so I'm really glad you think it turned out well.
